Rev Dr Kimberly Sa’ran Oaks is the founder and Senior Pastor of Resilience Ministries Inc., established in 2008 under its former name, True Divine Christian Ministries. The ministry focuses on teaching, preaching, and healing through Sunday services, weekly biblical teachings, monthly outreach activities, and fulfilling the great commission both domestically and internationally.

Dr. Kimberly has overcome many obstacles and challenges leaving her with scars of evidence and testimonies allowing her to develop and thrive as a woman of resilience! Her faith and trust in the Lord are fundamental to her resilience, guiding her in sharing the gospel to encourage believers and give them hope in the savior.
