Rev Dr Kimberly Sa’ran Oaks is the founder and Senior Pastor of Resilience Ministries Inc., established in 2008 under its former name, True Divine Christian Ministries. The ministry focuses on teaching, preaching, and healing through Sunday services, weekly biblical teachings, monthly outreach activities, and fulfilling the great commission both domestically and internationally.

A ministry partner is an individual who provides ongoing support to the ministry through regular financial contributions, participation in events, and prayer, all aimed at fostering community engagement.

Working as a Teacher
Dr. Green has worked as Human Service Professional for more than nineteen years. Her work ranges from areas within Criminal Justice, Alcohol and Drug, Rehabilitation Counseling, Domestic Violence, Behavioral Health, and Crisis Counseling. Dr. Green currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Doctor of Ministry. Kimberly holds credentials as a Certified Chaplain, Certified Family Wellness Instructor and Coach, and she is a Certified Transformation Coach.
